CUNIPIC is a leading European company in the breeding of small exotic mammals and in the production and marketing of food and hygiene and well-being products for pets.

During the last years we have been working on ways to enhance the beneficial effects of pharmacological treatments. The use of medicinal herbs is something that has been used for many years and represents a qualitative leap in the formulation of pet food.

Cunipic is a family business founded in 1994, located in Vallfogona de Balaguer, Lleida, Spain. We are mainly dedicated to small pets, food, care and hygiene for pets. Since animals are our passion, we have a business philosophy that is based on three fundamental pillars:

Provide quality pets.
Investigate to improve their well-being and diet.
Work to train and inform people to care for and respect their companion animals.

All of us who work at CUNIPIC love animals. The great success of our company is having created a whole world around small rodents. From stores to consumers, we teach people to love and care for their pets, getting them to know and understand them, and giving them the opportunity to offer them high-quality food and products.

We currently export to more than 30 countries, providing our clients with both our quality pets and the appropriate food and hygiene products for them, betting, above all, on natural, functional and tasty ingredients so that they enjoy a longer life. healthy and happy.

CUNIPIC ANIMALS DE COMPANYIA SL has received aid for its self-consumption project "90 kWp photovoltaic installation", co-financed by the European Recovery and Resilience Facility PRTR-Next Generation EU, coordinated by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge through IDAE and managed by the autonomous communities according to Royal Decree 477/2021, with the aim of achieving a cleaner and more sustainable economy. A self-consumption project with renewable energy sources has been developed, consisting of an installation of photovoltaic panels at the facilities of CUNIPIC ANIMALS DE COMPANYIA SL Lo Pla de Sant Jaume, industrial estate 12, plot 40. In this project, two inverters of 30 and 50 kW respectively and 200 panels of 450 Wp have been installed, assuming a nominal power of 80,00 kWn and a peak power of 90,00 kWp.
