The Toy dwarf rabbit is the second smallest breed within the dwarf rabbits.
Its weight in adulthood can vary between 1000 and 1300 grams. and their life expectancy is about 8-10 years.
This breed of dwarf rabbit, is characterized by its flat nose and short, rounded ear. Its body is also more compact, which makes it look like a ball.
Its character is somewhat more nervous than that of a medium-sized dwarf rabbit, which makes this breed a perfect playmate. At the same time we must bear in mind that the smaller the dwarf rabbit breed is, the more delicate it becomes and the more we have to watch out for stress and falls.
There is a wide variety of dwarf rabbit breeds and colors, and especially for Toy rabbits, we can find short-haired or lion-headed toy rabbits.

As for the fur, as we have mentioned before, we can find toys with short hair and a lion's head. The lion heads, as indicated by their name, have hairier heads than the rest of the body, resembling the hair of a lion, and the rest of the body with medium-length hair.
It must be borne in mind that in the lion head, there is not as much variety of colors available as in the short-haired toy.
